All-Poland Educational Network

OSE is a virtual network based on the existing broadband infrastructure, built with commercial funds with the participation of public co-financing, in particular from the Digital Poland Operational Program.

The newly created network will be operated by the OSE Operator, which is NASK (Scientific and Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute).

Sprint S.A., which is the General Contractor of NASK (Research and Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute), is responsible for maintenance of the new network, and construction of the missing physical infrastructure, if necessary. The main objective of the project is to provide schools with Internet access services of at least 100 Mb/s bandwidth, together with security services, as well as to provide schools with educational content and support schools in the process of learning digital skills.

Thanks to the implementation of the network in schools, it will be possible to introduce new forms of education and new curricula for teaching digital competences and skills, such as e.g. common learning of programming.

The network will cover 1350 schools from the Pomeranian Voivodship.
