There is a growing interest in voice assistants supporting HR departments.

Michał Bukontt - Director of Sales Department in Sprint S.A. shares his thoughts on the pages of PulsHR. It’s already 25% of inquiries about voicebots that concern virtual HR employees. Bots, similarly to me, can handle most standard processes - from inquiries about internal development paths or those related to benefits management, through IT support, to providing induction training to introduce new employees to the company. Businesses are also eager to use voice assistants to create 24/7 helpdesks for handling basic issues, such as submitting vacation requests, or completing key employee documentation.
