There is a growing interest in voice assistants supporting HR departments.

Bots, similarly to me, can handle most standard processes - from inquiries about internal development paths or those related to benefits management, through IT support, to providing induction training to introduce new employees to the company. Businesses are also eager to use voice assistants to create 24/7 helpdesks for handling basic issues, such as submitting vacation requests, or completing key employee documentation.
